WTF!!! Alligator found on lawn in Chicago

Buffalo Grove police needed extra manpower, creativity and a garbage can to capture an alligator found lurking outside a residence tonight in the northwest suburb.

About 8:30 p.m., police responded to a call from a resident in the 600 block of Pinehurst Lane who looked on his lawn and said he thought he saw the animal.

Police said they couldn't find it, initially, but called for more manpower to the scene anyway. Officers were eventually able to find it and were able to corner the 3-foot-long reptile.

...... they've also found them in Michigan and New York too.
