Here we are living in a Republican wet dream and these asshats aren't satisfied
Dear Sweet Jesus, would someone tell me what more these Republican asshats want? We live in a virtual police state, taxes are at historically low rates, our military dominates the earth, regulation has been abandoned in favor of the free market, and abundant labor at cut-throat prices is available right here at home. We are just one domino short of falling into a theocracy and the schools aren't wasting our money training young people to fill nonexistent jobs or giving them the reasoning power to figure out why. They control our economy and finance systems both of which they are free to loot at will. What more do they want?

4. They have much more work to do. Destroy unions, social services, civil liberties...
We haven't quite descended to their wet dream. There are still too many brown people 'dropping' babies. Too many Muslims in the country building their terrorists mosques.

They have plenty to destroy before their wet dream is complete.

6. We're not quite there yet.
A black guy is President. Women are allowed to have jobs. Abortion is legal. Church attendance is not mandatory. Not everyone in a position of power or authority is white. Labor unions are legal. People can still get Social Security, Medicare, and unemployment benefits. There are still public schools, highways and airports, as well as publicly-funded police and fire protection. There are government regulations to prevent private industries from creating pollution and unsafe products.

They hate that stuff, and it's not gone yet.

7. You have to wonder if they are prepared to foot their elderly parents'
medical bills or pay their expenses out of their own pockets. Do they want to drive on roads in total disrepair, even worse than the shitty deteriorating ones now? If their houses catch on fire, do they really want to grab a hose? I assume they eat. Do they really want their food to be uninspected?

I know the corporate media won't bring up these inconvenient issues, but I'd sure like to hear some of the Dem candidates start asking these questions this fall. It's one thing to talk a big anti-government game, but quite another to face the reality of what life would be like without the steadying hand of government.

12. Not to mention all highways would be toll roads.
When garbage collection is privatized, you'll see where THAT will lead. Parks - can you imagine PAYING to get into a once-public park? No more libraries, either. Water would come out brown; hope they don't have issue with that.

I love how Republican'ts say they don't want government in control of anything that the rest of the world considers a human right without thinking about it . . . but at the same time, they're perfectly happy allowing corporations to dictate those terms FOR them? Do they LIKE having only 2 weeks vacation, IF they get it? Germany and much of Scandanavia get 4-5 weeks mandated by LAW. Do they LIKE stress and burnout? Is it RIGHT for a woman to go back to work almost immediately after she has a baby? Do they LIKE the choice between high deductibles or enormous co-pays? Do they look FORWARD to the prospect of getting thrown out of their homes if they get a debilitating illness and their . . . what's that phrase SarUH used, oh yes . . . Death Panels choose not to cover them because they either had a pre-existing condition or they didn't disclose proper info?

Hilarious, it all is . . .

8. Do you remember that "permanent Republican majority" they were promised?
They had been working on that for over 30 years. As hard as he tried, Karl Rove was unable to pull that off and they haven't been able to shake the disappointment of their loss of power and control.

They will not accept that their leaders deceived them into supporting policies that were against their own self interests. They were made to believe that they were doing the work of God and that they would be rewarded for that. This is what happens when people let others do their thinking and decision making for them. When people are kept ignorant, they are easier to control. Thus, we come to the tea partiers of today.

9. As long as someone else is getting something they don't, they will try to destroy it.
Whether they need it or not, or whether or not someone else is getting something through their own hard work.

10. They want EVERYTHING to be privatized.
Don't forget, that has been the agenda for a long time.

11. Because they do not have basic logical working minds.
They are unsatisfied because it hasn't worked and so others have to be blamed. That is where the brainwashing of America has taken place by the powerful.
