BP has completed an evaluation of what caused the BP oil disaster that BP has expressed regret over and for which BP is now paying billions of dollars in claims and over which BP is fighting the PR battle of its life with an army of BP marketing wizards and BP lawyers who work in Suite BP at BP headquarters on BP Lane in BP Heights. These are the culprits in the BP oil disaster according to BP which stands for Beyond Petroleum but everyone just laughs at that so they pretty much stick to calling it plain old BP:

Transocean
Halliburton
Toyota
Congress
Dinosaurs
All that damned water
France
And the rest of Europe except Britain and Sweden
The undersea robot community
Global cooling
All those confusing knobs and gauges and button thingees
A disturbing lack of faith in The Force
Nose hair
Lead-based toys
Godzilla (and possibly Mothra)
Social Security
NASA
Whoever's brilliant idea it was to put all that oil a frigging mile underwater
High-fructose corn syrup
Gays, feminists and pagans
Oh, and hippies too
Those meddling McGillicutty kids
Unwieldy Styrofoam coffee cups
