If you can't link, can you at least summarize what is said and done in the ad?

I assume that the idea ISN'T to get a raise by rubbing the "cleansing cloth" on the boss's face.

15. Being male, I would have to defer to women on this.
It's at once ridiculous and questionable (AT&T's diversity policy would categorize this as sexual harassment easily). I see in the other thread that women find it offensive, so it must be offensive. The verdict is in.
