The sharks win and you get eaten when you play that game.

Can easily observe if things need changing, and if they do, then any change is better then none, so does not matter what directions things change, as long as they do, till acceptable. Although best to be facing the correct direction when doing that.

And currently those that have not paid what they owe are creating non acceptable situations.

So shake it up till things are corrected.

We need to attack the sharks and being ahead of the game. Attack is better than defense in politics. Hit the Republicans where it REALLY hurts.
