1. Chocolate chip cookies! I had one of those, 5 years ago.
Made of real sugar?!

I made the mistake yesterday of buying a bottle of real actual soda as a treat. I wondered why my blood sugar was so high later in the day. Then I looked at the bottle in the fridge. Oops. Not diet. I don't drink soda that often to begin with.

It is a time to celebrate. I will drink my Chai Latte (made with Splenda) in celebration.

2. Glutten free cookies are not sugar free
so eating one of them, even two... means elliptical.

3. Be careful! Don't down the whole box.
Or at least go for 4. I have found many good sugar free cookies and my father in law has Celiac disease and I have eaten his gluten free chocolate chip cookies. They tasted wonderful, but yes, considering my calorie limit is 1400 these days, I must be careful. And then there is the blood sugar issue.

4. Had TWO... next comes the machine
I am extremely sensitive.

I do the same when we go out for Yogurt. I buy about an Oz... that's my limit.

5. Two cookiers, one latte
216 sugars...

So... almost twenty minutes later.

Yes I am that sensitive. I knew I would have to "pay" for the celebration.

6. Ouch. After my full sugared soda episode I was up to 250. I felt horrific.
44 grams of pure sugar!!! I have not done that to myself in years. Sluggish and weak is what I felt like.

7. Fingers start tingling
so I know... once they reach 190

That's one reason I got an elliptical at home. Funny, today was my day off...
