2. afraid you missed it
Ninth Circuit imposed a stay. A panel is slated to hear the case in early December, which is a rush schedule.

6. It is devastating to so many hopeful people. And all they wanted is to love and be loved
the way others are, in marriage.

I am so depressed about this. To me it is just un-American and truly not humanistic. We are a cruel society indeed...
