WTAE-TV Pittsburgh just played Toomey ads three times in a row. He seems to have bought most
of the ad time during the 5:30-6:00 pm time frame.

1. waste of$$ IM. All the people I kow in Pgh. hate Toomey.
I lived there for 47 years and I know quite a few people. The quote "much like Santorum" made a BIG impact on the voters there.

3. Maybe not in the city
But sure are a number of RWnuts in Allegheny & surrounding counties who will. And he'll get the support of the RW radio here. Got a lot of DINOS here as well that love to call up and say "I'm a Democrat but I'm voting for Toomey or Corbett".

4. Butler, Westmoreland, Armstrong and Indiana will go for Toomey. Lots of teabaggers
there.

5. That hasn't changed in YEARS! There are always RWers in the
more rural areas. The advantage at least has been that there are far moe people in & near te city, and many of the older rwers have died.

6. Indeed
The folks in the surrounding suburban counties who watch the big city TV station, plus those in the boonies around them are Toomey's targets. With cable TV, the big city station can be watched by a lot more folks than could get it with an antenna.
