2. I'm actually very surprised at that. Do you know the details of that charge?
I don't know anything about it but, overall, I didn't think they'd convict him of anything. It just looked like typical political horse-trading to me.

5. He was not declared "not guilty"
The jury deadlocked. There is a difference. The defense did not win. Acquittals would have been victory. The feds failed to make their case to one juror on the majority of counts. But the defense also failed to make its case. If they had, Blago would have been acquitted.
