(yes, this is from Orly Taitz)

Hat tip to Americablog.com who point out "Apparently the all-caps rule still holds where crazy birther lady is concerned"

12. Can we revoke her citizenship and not let her back into the country?
Just kidding, but early along in Orly's push for this someone raised the possibility that she did not have legitimate citizenship. Maybe she's one of those <GASP> sleepers! After all, she WAS born in the USSR!

Ack - I think the bat shit crazy is contagious!

21. Orly's craziness is surpassed only by her ignorance.
As someone else has already pointed out, the US is not a signatory to the International Criminal Court (ICC). Even if we were, the subject matter does not fall under the jurisdiction of the ICC. The birthers' concerns hardly fall into the specific categories of genocide, crimes against humanity or war crimes that are the subject matter of the ICC.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Criminal_Court

If Orly tries to file at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to which the US IS a party, she'll only find a new forum to rail against. The ICJ's main functions are to settle legal disputes submitted to it by STATES and to give advisory opinions on legal questions submitted to it by duly authorized international organs, agencies, and the UN General Assembly.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Court_of_Justice

So far as I am aware, Orly is neither a State nor is she a duly authorized international organ, agency or institution.

A village in Moldova has been missing its idiot for a long time. Puh-lease take her back!

32. Nope, the ICJ is for STATES and STATE ACTORS
last time I checked Orly is not a state actor. And we do not recognize the other one, which deals with things like oh genocide and other minor crimes against humanity. So if she goes to the other one I'd expect a door slammed on face.

Jurisdiction

The International Court of Justice acts as a world court. The Court has a dual jurisdiction : it decides, in accordance with international law, disputes of a legal nature that are submitted to it by States (jurisdiction in contentious cases); and it gives advisory opinions on legal questions at the request of the organs of the United Nations or specialized agencies authorized to make such a request (advisory jurisdiction).

(the official website)

also:

Only States may apply to and appear before the International Court of Justice. International organizations, other collectivities and private persons are not entitled to institute proceedings before the Court.

38. What do Boehner and McConnell have to say about this?
Because you know damn well that anytime someone on the left says anything, Obama, Pelosi and McConnell are all hounded to weigh in on the "controversy," and pilloried if they decline to be sucked into the game. All weekend long, we were treated to mystification on the part of the popular media as to why the president offered an opinion on the not-a-mosque at not-ground-zero. Naturally, if Obama hadn't said anything, we'd get endless speculation from the exact same people about why the president was dodging this Very Important and Serious Issue.

So, what do Boehner and McConnell have to say about Ms. Taitz and her endless windmill-tilting? Or Peter King? He doesn't seem to have much difficulty getting his ugly mug on camera. Why aren't the media bloodhounds running Republicans down to get their deathless opinions on this Very Serious and Important Issue?
