Times is tough brother! They are swimming in dumpsters on NYC's Park Avenue

People swim in one of three converted dumpster pools on Park Avenue in New York, August 7, 2010. New York's Park Avenue is converting unused rubbish dumpsters into swimming pools as part of the city's Summer Streets initiative.

 :spank: :hi:

4. I thought it is too
I lived in a neighborhood in Richmond (Oregon Hill) that had a firehydrant cracked open everyday. It was more than just expected it was required. Everyday. Even then, before I was as enviromentally aware as I am now, I thought it looked wasteful.

either way this is still a good idea. They did it up right too.

6. That building is the Helmsely Building, which divides Park by Grand Central.
The Grand Hyatt is on Lexington. Years ago, I worked in the Chrysler Building, which was across the street from it.

And fly! :hi:
