Poll question: Anti-K2 legislation - your thoughts?
If you're scratching your head, here's some news reports to bring you up to speed:

http://www.wane.com/dpp/news/butler-cracks-down-on-sale-of-k2

BUTLER, Ind. (WANE) - Butler businesses are cracking down on the sale of K2 in their stores making the city what the police chief calls a spice free zone.

The substance has been a point of contention across the country. It is sold as an herbal incense, but people are smoking it to achieve a marijuana like high. It's legal in most states for anyone to buy.

http://planoblog.dallasnews.com/archives/2010/07/plano-bans-the-sale-and-use-of.html

Plano this week became the latest North Texas city to ban the sale and use of K2, a substance that has a similar effect as marijuana. Allen, McKinney and Mansfield already passed similar measures, and Frisco City Council could consider K2 ban tonight.

Should sale and/or possession of K2 herbal blends be restricted or outlawed?

1. All I can think of when I see K2
is the mountain that goes by that name.

Otherwise, I have no clue what K2 is and I'm not interested enough to bother to google it.

3. Put a tax stamp on it
That's the only effective means to regulate intoxicating substances.
