MOLINE, Illinois - A 28-year-old Moline man was behind bars Thursday night after police say he beat up a woman for honking her horn.

Police officials said the incident occurred Monday afternoon after the 54-year-old female driver honked at Jason Leslein near the intersection of 25th Street and 12th Avenue in Moline.

Investigators said it appears Leslein swerved into the victim's lane, triggering her reaction to honk.

Subsequently Leslein roughed up the driver, and authorities said he also roughed up her passenger.

I'm hoping that he gets the help he obviously needs - both drivers courses and anger management.

with in prison drug and alcohol rehab.
