I have a question for DU: How have the MILITARY INDUSTRIAL CONTRACTORS affected the War on Terror??
I think they have protracted this thing so they could bilk the American Taxpayer. What do you think?

Now, its bad intel. Nothing has changed in defense contracting - except, contractors rarely get prosecuted, anymore.
