"Meg Whitman's Spending May Be Costing Her in California Governor's Race"
http://www.politicsdaily.com/2010/07/28/meg-whitmans-spending-may-be-costing-her-in-california-governor/

"Democrat Jerry Brown holds a 46 percent to 40 percent lead over his Republican rival in California's governor race and one reason may be voter distaste for the amount of money she is pouring into her own campaign, according to a Public Policy Polling survey conducted July 23-25."

a Queen Meg, after The Gropenator.

5. She blew an obscene amount just getting the nomination
And unfortunately for her, she is not a person who wears well.

9. Interesting
I hadn't thought of it that way, but it's truly irritating to have to watch her commercials over and over and over again.

when her ads come on. They even got me off my butt to volunteer for Jerry.

15. One of the Unions did a pro-Brown commercial that started with "She's Back"
It was a very good commercial, really tapped into how annoying emeg and all her commercials and billions are.

There should be a billboard like the NYC deficit one that shows how much emeg has spent to purchase the governors seat.

11. don't forget her repellant personality and her unwillingness to
interact with the local press. One debate with an old pro like Jerry and she's burnt toast.

And that is a GOOD THING.

16. I Hope we see a lot more of
the anti- Meg commercial saying: 'There shouldn't be a "Buy it now" button on the door to the Governor's office'.

I could stand to see that 30 times between 6pm and 10pm :)

17. I'd like to see her burn her assets, as it were, in rapid
and even record time, and then begin babbling even more incoherently than she does now, wandering the streets of Modesto or Bakersfield, singing Paul Anka songs and gesturing wildly at inanimate objects, while Jerry Brown sweeps to a resounding victory in the gubernatorial race.

19. Nightly News Talk on KGO has been consistently critical of Whitman
for trying to buy the election, and refusing invitations to discuss her policy options.

Apparently Jerry Brown challenged her to 11 debates between now and the election; she refused, and subsequently challenged him to 3 debates.

So, apparently there will be SOME public debate.

22. Thanks, Adsos Letter
How entertaining it will be to watch Queen Meg tell us how she will fix everything. If she has any ideas we should hear them. ;)
