Corporatism, the war(s), Obama's bipartisanship attempts, whatever.

It just feels like groundhog day sometimes.

5. The evils we fight are insidious.
Time is on their side. They will never stop.

But they can lose. They can be wounded.

6. Then stop fighting here...go to their sites and fight there.
You never know...there may actually be one or two people who will hear what you say. It will also be much more challenging than preaching to the choir.

8. Maybe I should just out myself as a moderate and move on.
In the real world I feel like a radical socialist. When I'm here, I just feel slightly left of center.

9. But doesn't it feel good to have a place where you are not considered
some loony fringe. I love that there are so many people here who are all over the place. On some issues, I can feel normal here, but in the "real world", I know just what you mean.

11. It's weird, because sometimes I wind up getting lumped in with conservatives
because I'm glad that the stock market went up or something. I guess I'm just not anti-capitalism enough.

13. LOL. "not anti-capitalism enough". Well,
I am glad when the stock market goes up to---well, at least my stocks. I AM anti-capitalism, or at least what we are calling capitalism these days. But I am also sucked into that rat hole called the "market".

Don't take the people who condemn you too seriously. I have the feeling that many of them just like to be contrary. (I know that sometimes I do.)

14. I don't sweat it. I try to stay true to my values, but...
it's a little annoying to deal with people who can't distinguish between what I'm saying and what John Boehner is saying.
