Wikileaks founder Julian Assange: more revelations to come - Guardian UK
Shining a light on hidden crimes often disturbs the criminals as evidenced by the squeals of government officials.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/2010/jul/26/wikileaks-julian-assange

The Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange, said today that the organisation is working through a "backlog" of further secret material and was expecting a "substantial increase in submissions" from whistleblowers after one of the biggest leaks in US military history.

Speaking in London after his website published more than 92,000 classified military logs relating to the war in Afghanistan, Assange said that he hoped for an "age of the whistleblower" in which more people would come forward with information they believed should be published.

Assange said that the site, which currently operates with a small dedicated team but has a network of about 800 volunteers, had a "backlog" of more material which only "just scratched the surface".

While he would not be drawn into commenting on the nature of the material, he said that the organisation held "several million files" that "concern every country in the world with a population over 1 million".

2. How do we help this guy.
Did you see, T&L, that the militarization of Latin America continues apace and there's rumors of yet another attempt on Chavez via the troubled Colombian border? It's really stepped up in the last few months and our media is blacking the whole situation out.

3. I went to the Wkikleaks site to donate again, but it's down. No surpirse considering the story.
I'll try again tomorrow.

The only "story" I've seen in the American media about the situation in Venezuela/Columbia is "Chavez Threatens to Cut Off Oil to U.S". I expect there's a lot of material to be found, and hopefully leaked and published, regarding our "relations" in Central/South America.

5. New bases in Colombia, Panama, Honduras.
Warships and Marines to Costa Rica. Chavez's intelligence people got a warning from one of their moles here about an accelerating action and I for one believe them. The War State Department continues to attack Evo and Correa. Lula is leaving so his balancing hand will be gone.

It also looks like they've decided to re-open Cuba for travel. There's a down side to that, though, for Cuban and regional security.

14. I think we help this guy by reading what he's posted and using it to end wars.
So far it seems like nobody's reporting on the content of the leak, just that it happened.

that outing a CIA agent wasn't enough - he's got nothing to lose now - might as well reveal all of America's military secrets.
