Wal-Mart Under Investigation for Mislabeling Organic Foods
The state of Wisconsin is now investigation Wal-Mart to decided if they store has been misleading consumers as to whether food at there stores are organic. Two complaints were made against Wal-Mart. The complaints claim that at Wal-Mart stores food that was not organic was labeled as organic. The group that lodged the complaints has also provided pictures. The pictures are very convincing. They show food that is not organic above or below sings that claim the food is organic. A link to the full story, which also has the pictures is below.

2. Wally-Mart organics means anything that does not contain lead, melamine &/or khemicles.

8. I think you're giving Wal-Mart too much credit!
They'll probably claim that when they said "organic" they just meant "carbon-based."

9. I did assume they dared spell khemicals wrong to allow chemicals to be permissible.

5. Wally world has a history of this.
Remember the "Made in USA" campaign of 10 years ago? Every item on the racks with signs that said "Made in USA" was made in other countries.
