6. Have you tried calling

some attorneys in your area? That could be a start. Look for Plaintiffs attorneys. Google to see who handles what kinds of suits in your area. It's possible that the only way something like this will be handled would be as part of a class action thing, but you need to talk to an attorney who knows about this particular area of litigation.

Can't hurt to talk with them - make sure your initial consult is free, and make sure it answers some important questions before they start charging. Foremost - Do you have a family history of inflammatory bowel disease (assuming that's the crux of your case)? If so, proving accutane responsible will be more difficult.

Lots of attorneys advertise on TV now for Accutane-related cases. They are not class-action, just classless commercials. But they will probably do free consults.
