Shirley Sherrod is one wronged person. Ms Sherrod was knowingly and intentionally 'lynched' by Breitbart and Fox 'News.' In the aftermath Ms Sherrod has shown herself to be a person of grace and beauty. She has a few appropriate recourse against the harm done to her.

Listening to hate radio one is amazed at how really low the scum can go. Laura Ingraham radio broadcast this morning was an example of irredeemably blind ignorant hatred. Ms Ingraham's complaint against Ms Sherrod was that the body left hanging in the tree after the lynching, was lowering the property values in her neighborhood. How dare Ms Sherrod be considering her options? The nerve of 'that' ungrateful victim. Don't she know she is better off now?
