Next RW conspiracy. Section 342 of the Financial Reform Bill.
Last night I posted an inqiry if anyone had ever heard of Sec. 342 of this bill because it demands quotas which I know are now illegal. I checked Google, but all the links were thing I never heard of except 2---Newsmax & The Am. Enterprise Institute! Others here on DU said it looks likemore RW BS!

Norm Goldman had a caller last night who asked about it and he said he'd check and report back tomorrow (now today). BTW, Norm is a licensed Attorney so I trust his opinion.

He's got quite a report! The initial garbage about this Sec. 342 was published by Diana Furchtgott-Ross with the Hudson Institute. DearDiana worked forRReagan, GH Bush & W Bush administrations, and goes back to the Hudson Inst. or The American Enterprise Inst. when a Pub isn't in the presidency.

Here's a link to her pulication:

It's already been spread by MewsMax & the Am. Ent. Inst. and Norm is positive that as soon as the Shirley Sherrod story runs out of steam, THIS ONE will be picked up by FOX as the next attack on the WH.

We all need to be aware of this BS in the making, and BTW, IT'S FRIGGN NOT TRUE!!!!!!!!!!
