OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oral arguments are scheduled on a request to block a state law requiring pregnant women to have an ultrasound and hear a description of the fetus before getting an abortion.
The hearing is set Monday before Oklahoma County District Judge Noma Gurich. The law was temporarily blocked in May after the Center for Reproductive Rights in New York sued to have it declared unconstitutional.
The law requires doctors to describe the fetus in detail, including its dimensions, whether arms, legs and internal organs are visible and whether there is cardiac activity.

Even if one could accept that some anti-abortionists are sincere and such, these guys picked an INVASIVE ultrasound when it didn't even have to be. It boggles the mind how evil some of these people are.
