about about a test for all pols to prove they are human when running for office?

athletes have to take tests to prove they aren't using performance enhancers or whatever. job applicants, insurance applicants, have to take drug tests. I hereby propose that any person running for public office has to PROVE that s/he is actually a member of the human race through dna testing. pretty sure that none of the repukes--and more than a few dems--would not qualify.

that IMO. I'm concerned as we move forward (well backward) we are going to see more and more of the best qualified not running for office. Our congressman is not running again, long term dem., and he was really good. I can see why, I can't see how people put up with the absolute BS anymore.

Also, they should have a resume of sorts that indicates that their background, both educational and work wise, has given them sufficient experience for the job. This would get rid of Michelle Bachmann, Sarah Palin right away, not to mention many others, before they even threw their hats in the ring.

are no longer back a few hundred years ago, although some would like to take us backward. Many are soooooo unqualified.
