1. SEEPS!!!???
My ass!

God this BP/government speak is driving me insane.

What is a seep?

Can one of our great Duers who are so good at this maybe do some kind of color coded chart...

Seep to leak to spill to gusher to THE OCEAN IS FUCKED?

4. I wouldn't worry about a seep...
I'd worry about this: http://www.infrastructurist.com/2010/05/10/the-current-state-of-the-gulf-oil-spill/

43,656 miles of gas and oil pipeline in the Gulf of Mexico, more miles than all the US Interstate Highways combined.

Some of it over 50 years old.

There are probably all sorts of seeps out there and more major disasters, all out of sight, out of mind.

6. " seeps which have been detected 'a distance from the well' ".. odd choice of words.
Why not say "near the well"? I would assume because they are not near the well. If so, I am curious how far away they are.

7. Seems they are concerned
and may want the valve opened? Letter from Allen was very precise in legally binding terms.
