John McCain BS-ing on Meet The Press (big surprise)
"Glad to go any place in Iraq"

"Neighborhoods (in Iraq) are safer but still not safe, that's why we need to stay"

"I wore a flack jacket (in Iraq) because General Petraus said it was best to do so."

"I'll be glad to go back to the market (in Iraq) WITHOUT a flack jacket or military humvee..."

"If we leave now, there will be chaos in Iraq."

"By the end of this year we will see some signs of success." (isn't that what they said like 4 years ago?)

"I did not embrace the (Bush) policy for a number of years"

"What you didn't show is how I warned this would be a failed policy..."

6. They're all out of touch....the lifer, 20 yr. plus politicians
None of them has had to worry about their health care, their retirement, their mortgages (nearly every politician has several homes with mortgage payments triple their annual salaries), their kids college tuition, and none of them have told the truth to the Americans for over twenty years either. The only thing they have in common with us is worrying about keeping their job but not as much. Old politicians become lobbyists and then they make enough to cover those six digit a year mortgage payments.

we are seeing the real republicons and what they are really are about, and it has become a big surprise even to those who claim to be republiCons, some are really upset because we are seeing their dirty laundry.

2. Stick a fork in him, he's done
There is no chance that he will be elected. I don't know when his next senate run is, but I suspect a strong Dem could take him out now. He is so delusional that only the 9 percenters who believe Crashcart is right still will swallow this crap.

3. I SO want him to take that walk through Baghdad, with no security.
I want him to prove how safe it really is. Should he get blown to smithereens, oh, well. He was wrong.

4. Perhaps I just didn't notice it, before, but has McCain't always had
this dumb penchant for asking himself a whole series of stupid questions and delivering a bunch of stupider answers?

Maybe I just paid him little attention. He sounds both stupid and nuts-as well as desperate.

5. And they called Kerry a flip flopper?
Geez...Timmy is catching this guy in a wide variety of position-switching, especially on supporing Bush/Iraq war and tax cuts.

8. "I haven't changed my mind; I've adjusted to realities."
Regarding specifically to discussion on alternative fuels/climate change.

But hey, did they say that about John Kerry? Nope. Kerry was a "flip flopper." McCain switches his positions quicker than a jackrabbit, and yet he's not a flip flopper? outrageous hypocrisy. :eyes:

12. Such lies, McCain is a fucking joke.
Has ZERO chance of winning. Must have a hidden agenda, since he knows he has no chance of winning.

Oh and the lie was he EMBRACED not only the PNAC policy but GEORGE himself!

Sick bastard.
