Credit where credit is due: Chuck Todd did pretty well (read: minimally aggravating)

4. I'm thinking maybe he was OKAY today because he wasn't giving his Expert Opinion
on the political winds. They were talking about Elizabeth Warren, the cap on the well, stuff like that.
