Al Jazeera English on Youtube is a great source for news

I watch it on a daily basis. They cover alot more than the US media.

I admit I listen to NPR too but I think Al Jazeera is much more informative.

The US media seems to try to condition us to think Al Jazeera is some radical Islamist mouthpiece but that's far from reality.

I turned it on for the first time last night and was pleasantly surprised. The reporting was straight-up with no histrionics.

It seemed like the most purely fact-driven newscast I've seen in ages.
