10. Yes. There should be a way for Pacifists to refuse paying for War, just like so-called Pro-Lifers
don't have to pay for abortions with their taxes.

8. Why? I am guessing there's some internal shit that the military has to settle before they can
declare victory and come home; this has to do with which amongst them have had what kind of combat experience, because those are the credentials of their actual leadership, not just grade, hence remarks such as General Mattis's recent statements about the pleasure of killing.

But the simple answer is that President Obama lost his deal with the Devil.
