In the largest study of its kind scientists have found a definite link between the use of ALL CAPS and a declining IQ scores.

The study stems from a 2008 state law that provided $10 million for up to 15,000 internet users who were identified by All CAP users. Backers of the ALL CAP study call the results startling comparing ALL CAP exposure to that seen in lead paint. Opponents claim the study is fundamentally flawed claiming people on message boards that have ALL CAP users naturally have a lower IQ's that more scientific and cultural boards that ban the practice.

The review, according to The Advocate, was conducted by Leslie Johnson of New Orleans, who served on the state Board of internet studies from 1996-2008. She was one of the most influential voices in All-CAP ban circles, and a key leader of state's latest push to improve message board safety and second hand ALL CAP exposure.

i don't know about you but i need an answer. because it isn't fair that only caps users were tested for their iq scores and no one even considered the non cap users.
