If this doesn't move you, you need to check out of the human race.

1. When's checkout time?
I get the sentiment, nice thought. But for someone who lived through disco, there isn't much that's moving about bad dancing and bad music. Cute idea. I'm happy for them though, and glad they feel good enough to dance, such as it is.

2. I found this odd, and not necessarily compelling.

3. I find this to be a trite mockery...
And unworthy of the memory of the heinous acts committed against the Jews by the Nazis. Perhaps I have a much higher regard for such things due to my own personal knowledge, and friendships with survivors and one brave man that hid Jews in Amsterdam.

But no thanks, I won't be "checking out" based on this opinion.

4. I loved it. I am going to remember this visual and I think I will have an aid whenever
I hear the song. What a great idea for this family to go back together and for us to get to see some of it. Thank you. Thank you.

5. I hated it.
The *last* thing I want to see at places like Auschwitz, Dachau, Ground Zero, or Pearl Harbor, is bad dancing and fake frivolity. I hope to visit Auschwitz one day and expect to reflect on the absolute horror that it represents in quiet contemplation. I will be quite upset if some of my fellow visitors are boogieing on down.

was a holocaust survivor?

that's who the older man was...a survivor.

If anyone has the right to dance at these places he has earned it.

8. I have enormous respect for Holocaust survivors
and I also have enormous respect for war veterans. But that doesn't mean I want to see a bunch of war veterans boogieing to a disco beat at Arlington National Cemetery.

The older man did not seem very enthusiastic about the whole dancing thing, anyway. I wonder how much pressure was needed to get him to participate.
