The Wars will cost $2 Billion dollars this week!!!
That is only enough to fund 40,000 teachers at $50,000 yearly salary for the WHOLE YEAR.

Why does this not seem insane to rational people?

But I have to admit I feel much safer than any Canadian or UK citizens. Wait...maybe I don't!

1. "maybe I don't"
Thats because its like wearing an expensive bullet-proof vest with a target painted on the back.

3. What else could you do with $2 Billion?
Maybe give 6.67 million unemployed people a $300 check?

4. How can we illuminate this for everyone
It was said some time ago that we were not feeling any pain from waging these wars. Not everyone's sons were going into battle.

Well, we're feeling it now! It's breaking (broken) our economy. Why can't we get anyone to listen!

10. I believe Kirk and Spock had the answer
When they were on the planet where the 'casualties' just walked into the disintegration machine. Kirk decided to shit-can the prime directive and blew up the machine.

9. But..but..these wars are "necessary". More necessary than jobs, education, and other frivolities.
Social Security
Green energy
Infrastructure
Single payer health care

And, shitload of other items now "on the table" to cut the deficit.
