I am not commenting just posting the website and saying this is from an IDAHO newspaper. Read it and be thoroughly shocked.

1. That first paragraph
pretty much rules out taking this guy serious! :)

While many Americans argue about a variety of current scandals in federal, state, and local governments throughout the United States, the media has remained suspiciously silent about them. Contrary to the myriad of facts and evidence of government complicity or wrongdoing that independent investigators have been steadily uncovering in their analyses of the "attacks" on the World Trade Center; the "bombing" of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City; the sieges at Waco and Ruby Ridge; the facts behind the shoot-out at the Rayburn Senate Office Building/parking garage in May, 2006; the virtual security collapse and mass invasion by illegal aliens along U.S. Borders; the spraying of our skies, crops, and water resources with chemtrails; the numerous bank, investment, securities frauds and sex scandals among members of the Congress, the Senate and the Roman Catholic Church; the secret formation of a "North American Union" and its NAFTA "Super Highway"; the ill-conceived "War on Terror" and the phony "War on Drugs," the mainstream media has been complicit in conspiracies of silence.

2. Hillary Clinton is a CIA operative? Who knew?
Article claims every right wing conspiracy story about the Clintons was true. Uh-huh.

4. Complete mishmash
Edited on Mon Jul-12-10 10:12 AM by JHB
Nothing shocking here, just disappointment that it's yet another uncritical mishmash of nearly every under-publicized scandal, investigation, and outright speculation that has emerged since Reagan's time, especially the right-wing ones (does this guy take every "Clinton scandal" as fact?). It's the sort of thing that gives "conspiracy theory" a bad name.

This isn't a blanket dismissal: Some of the things mentioned here did happen, and should be more widely known. But others are a mix of known facts, unreliable claims, and outright speculation. And some don't even rely particularly heavily on the "know facts" part. That makes for a shaky foundation for the Grand Unified narrative here.

I would encourage interested people in reading up on each of the scandals and investigations mentioned here, including critiques of them. Some of these things deserve to be better known. And others should be examined to illustrate what can happen with just a few leaps of logic.

For the Clinton scandals, especially Whitewater, I recommend The Hunting of the President by Joe Conason and Gene Lyon.
