A girl I went to high school with was killed last night by her ex-boyfriend. Her ex killed her and then set her and a car on fire.

She was the same age as me: 20. She was going to be 21 in July.

She was such a sweet person and did not deserve to leave the world that way (not that anyone does...).

She was the last person I would think this sort of thing would happen to.

Update: It has actually come out that the guy was a stalker. She told him on separate occasions that he just wanted to be friends.
