Is there any? And why not?

From what I've read, professional pornography is rife with exploitation. A good proportion of porn "stars" have been abused in their pasts and have been exploited in their pornographic careers.

In many countries prostitution is regulated - e.g. prostitution is accepted in regulated brothels run by the prostitutes.

The needs of the horny public could be fully fulfilled with amateur porn.

If there are no obvious markers, such as it be labeled as such or there being violence or obvious signs of coercion, are we to just assume that it is rape? then pass laws and prosecute the exploitation and abuse. I don't think that's a reason to shut down all porn.

the criminal element and abuse continues to exist and they found in greater force because the legalized part of the business makes it harder to address the criminal element. it worked wonders for the criminal. sweden or switzerland have decided to adjust their laws accordingly by legalizing the womens part yet criminalizing the john.

the porn industry has the abusive element and no amount of unionizing or laws past will element the abuse. it is an environment rife with vulnerability to abuse.
