Edited on Tue Jun-29-10 09:12 PM by Texasgal
I am thinking of all the folks there!

Looks like maybe SEVEN inches or more...not good.

8. They've been getting hit pretty hard already...it won't take much to cause
a whole lot of problems.

We're ready for them in SA.

9. We've been getting it off & on
feeder bands started coming in last night...if we get anything, it will be tomorrow late afternoon/evening. If it rains heavily, I'm staying put. The street drainage sucks in this town!

12. Everything should be OK
the current track has it going in about 100 miles south of Brownsville. Granted things can change, but it's looking like it will just be a big rain event for the Valley and places north up to maybe Austin.

14. thanks! for your thoughts
It will more than likely be a flood event, hopefully nothing major like Hurricane Dolly was a couple of years ago, I still haven't finished fixing my house from 2008's flood from hurricane dolly. Side note: if this hurricane stalls, it can be a real bad flood even as far north as San Antonio. Jeez, this hurricane is not strong wind-wise, but it is large with bands already reaching up there in the hill country... stay safe!
