4. Somebody needs to say the law evolves due to society's changing circumstances.
And they need to quote Marbury v. Madison, 1803, which established the concept of judicial review, which means case law rulings can strike down statute law.

It's that simple. Not to mention constitutional amendments.

The buzzword for the conservatives in the 70s was "strict constructionist". Now it's "original intent". They want to go back to voting only for real-property owning white males. It's that simple.


:banghead: I went to law school, this is really basic stuff nobody ever mentions. :grr:
