Neumann, a Nashotah homebuilder, has faced criticism for past comments about gay issues. "If I was elected God for a day, homosexuality wouldn't be permitted, but nobody's electing me God" he told the New York Times in 1996. Full Article at Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

4. deep irony here
apparently he realizes the God we do have is ok with homosexuality, and apparently he thinks he could do a better job than God. That whole "I know better than God" thing has GOT to goad conservative christians, doesn't it?

5. So he disagrees with the current office-holder?
Mark Neuman is questioning God and saying that he could do better?

You wouldn't think that would play well with the base, but somehow I think it will.

6. Mark Neumann and Ron Johnson are both dangerous right-wing....
...idealogues. Please support Russ Feingold, perhaps the ONLY honest member of the US Senate.
