I have not seen one article, or heard any of the left's commentators say 1/1000 of the things about the right that they say about the left.

I would think it depends on how many Dems pick up seats in the State House. As well, Bill White is a wealthy man with some seriously powerful connections. He can afford high-dollar lawyers and he's not nearly as easy to kick around as is/was Don Siegelman.
