I'd like a new category of rec/unrec.

I'm not too much of an either/or person. And I've never used rec. or unrec. But there are some posts (perhaps this one included) that seem to warrant something outside of the rec./unrec. dichotomy. I hereby request the inclusion of "I shit on your post." Or, for those not so vulgar, "I fart in your post's general direction."

That is all.

And, yes, I shit on this post. But come on, do we really have to keep having posts about recs and unrecs (and, yes, I realize this is yet another one, which is why I just metaphorically shat on it).

4. I just started using "unrec" recently.

I've never "rec'd" anything before, and the only thing I'll unrec is a thread where the very first post is the OP creator bitching about "Who would unrec this!". That's an automatic unrec for me.
