See, the problem is this...
There is no time. There is no fucking time. The hammer must come down on BP now, and this dispersant needs to be stopped until we know what it does.

BP has NO vested interest in being upfront about anything. The only interest that they have is limiting their loss.

What the fuck is going on here? Why is this conflict of interest allowed to exist?

TICK TOCK.

4. I can't think of anything else either...
This is the most heinous act of murder and mass destruction I've ever seen.

Corporations aren't people... they are super people... they always seem to win.

3. I don't like the dispersant either and don't trust BP, but...
I noticed that they are using the dispersant as the oil leaves that pipe. Is there any possibility that there is a legitimate reason for doing so? Such as to prevent the clogging of the pipe which could lead to pressure in the underground well which could, in turn, lead to fissures and possibly the eruption of more holes in the pipe? It seems to be directed in such a way that makes me think that is the reason for it.

I've racked my brain trying to figure out why they are using it on the surface oil and have come up with none except they are trying to hide it. But that directed on the pipe I think has a legitimate purpose.

5. The purpose is to stop the oil from getting to the surface,
therefore limiting the visual damage. By doing this it makes it much harder to calculate actual spill total and the fine amounts.
