Breaking - Christopher Dudus Coke just waived his rights
to a hearing in Jamaica and will be handed over to US marshals any time now.
He will be in New York before the day is over.

2. Why do you think he waived his rights?
Had he been charged with any crimes in Jamaica or were the only charges against him emanating from the U.S.?

3. He waived his rights because he does not wish to die in
a Jamaican prison like his father.
The Jamaican government decided not to charge him for the uprising last month
