8. I can't even read half the signatures... but...
Edited on Wed Jun-23-10 08:38 PM by hlthe2b
beyond the expected usual players, I noted both MN Senators (including Al Franken) signed, but I'm certain I did not see John Kerry... however, again, I couldn't read some of the signatures.

9. 87 senators in lockstep on a controversial issue surely is not much different than lemming rushing
out to sea. :P

11. Which Begs The Question...
Who are the smart lemmings?

I mean... if all lemmings ran off the cliff into the sea, that would be the end of them. They'd become extinct.

There must be a small number of lemmings that hang back, take the situation into consideration, and decide following the pack ain't such a good idea.

We need to find the smarter lemmings.

20. Thanks for that correction. Burr signed on. Byrd did not.
The comparative signature at Burr's web site confirms it on this letter.

Edited on Wed Jun-23-10 10:23 PM by oberliner
Republicans Bunning and Gregg have not signed.

Also, Sanders is not a Democrat.

Edit to add: Mark Udall is the Udall who has signed.
