Nothing seems very definitive. I'm personally skeptical that this is spill oil, but I do worry about fallout from the burn boxes.

7. I live 5 miles southwest of River Ridge
Showing a poorly shot video of runoff does not equal "raining oil." Virtually any storm clouds that appear there would appear here first, and we've not had ANY sign of any oil in the rainwater.

Viral idiocy is what this is.
