1. Don't Worry
I'm sure the Republicans will step right up and denounce this decision as "judicial activism." Because we all know that there's nothing Republicans hate more than those damn activist judges legislating from the bench, right? Why, I'm sure they're mobilizing their forces right now in order to form a unified front with the Democrats in unanimously denouncing this ruling. Because, as we all know, Republicans are nothing if not consistent in their beliefs.

3. even before I looked him up this morning, I knew who appointed him--and that he had oil company
