3. It was in response to a question at the end of his statement (which I didn't
catch but I think it was on the recovery and/or the Gulf).

He just essentially said that it was 'bad judgment' on McChrystal's part, he would be meeting with him tomorrow to discuss it, but regardless of the outcome, his focus is on making sure the effort in Afghanistan justifies sending our troops.

Now he needs to fire the guy tommorrow- dishonorably, no benefits, etc. You can't let this sort of insubordination go, it's contagious.
