The War, if there must be such a word, is now War Against Abuse of Mother Earth ...retrain and use their acquired skills toward productivity instead of destruction..stop using the gazillion gallons of oil to run the war..stop the billions in funding to weapons of destruction ..and other war toys.

start a massive clean up of the oil and everything its affected.NOW. get 50 billion from bp to start the program...regenerate life and the ecosystem ...wake UP..our troops were supposed to be coming home anyway..bring them back now to save the damned planet

don't we start here? I know this was supposed to be an anti-war statement, but your basic plan is flawed. There aren't going to be any immediate withdrawals, but I'm not quite sure why the troops have to be the ones to "save the damned planet".
