How's it feel to be a "lesser person"?

Former Republican Senator Allen Simpson co-chair of the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility, says we're "lesser people".

1. I wonder how being "taken care of" by having your benefits reduced will feel
that's bound to be a curious kind of feeling.

7. You make it sound like a joke. The thousands of suicides matter not to you?

14. Oh you got my compassion- someone who flips out at imagined slights like you must suffer constantly
Now, about that ignore request?

15. You wouldn't even consider joking about the suffering of gay people, or minorities, etc.
So, why do you think it is funny to belittle the suffering of poor people?

Oh, and if you watched the video clip, I just want to say that most Americans were rooting for Simpson to die at 57, the way his govt expected us to die at 57.

3. Went to my Facebook page!
And a letter to the commission.

What a miserable old weasel he is.

6. Good For Him
At least he admits it. I'm so tired of these politicians saying we're all equal and they want to help the middle class while passing policies clearly intended to benefit the wealthy at the cost of the people who have less.

10. Isn't better to petition whoever appointed his ass to the commission to just remove him?
Why is the petition asking him to resign?

Who appointed him?

13. His attitude isn't standout on that committee. Few feel differently on there, very few
Worrying about Simpson in particular is a huge red herring when the whole shebang is the problem.

16. We should be spending more on the needy not less.
There is nothing fiscally responsible in taking monies from those who can least afford it.
