Poll question: Recommend or Not
I have been curious for some time as to how members decide whether to hit "Recommend" on posts. I lean towards being a miser with my recommends, but am curious about others.

4. I hit rec for anything I think would reflect well upon us as a front page item.
...Things newcomers to DU would look at and think wow, cool place, maybe I'll stick around and contribute a few thoughts.
