Q for Gonzo: "IF an AG were to lie under oath to Congress, should he/she be criminally prosecuted?"
The AG is the highest law enforcement officer in the United States. This is a no-brainer. However, he would have to consider his answer being used against him in the future if criminal charges were initated against him by Congress, for the many times he has already 'lied' under oath to Congress.

Another.....

"Given that the DOJ's primary job is to represent the interests of the American people, and not those of the White House where the WH's interests conflict with the DOJ's primary duty, is it legal for the DOJ to withhold from Congress documents and information regarding criminal wrongdoing by WH staff members?"

"As the highest law enforcement officer in the United States, is it in fact true that only the White House can invoke Executive Privilege regarding documents and information generated by the White House?"

"And is true that the DOJ may never invoke Executive Privilege on behalf of the White House in refusing to turn over to Congress documents and information in the possession of the DOJ received from the White House?"

Just a few questions I think could be beneficial this morning.
