1. Yes, there should be. The time is NOW,
Not fiddle fuck farting around with Obey's funding measures, or any other funding measures. The only proper course at this point is to hold up each and every supplemental funding bill in committee and starve the beast, thus forcing the troops home.

And other course is blather and bullshit, doomed to failure.

7. It's a skewed poll
The "no" votes are likely to combine those who want immediate withdrawal and those who want the troops there till they've all been killed. So I think the result's pretty useless anyway.
